Teeth That
Last a Lifetime

Dental implants are the closest thing to your natural teeth permanent, functional, and designed to feel completely your own. Explore every solution we offer, from a single tooth to a full arch.

A dental implant is a titanium root placed directly into the jawbone — providing a permanent, bone-preserving foundation for crowns, bridges, or full-arch restorations. Unlike dentures or bridges, implants integrate with your biology and are built to last a lifetime with proper care.

FULL ARCH RESTORATIONS

Replace Everything

Full arch implant supported restorations replace an entire upper or lower row of teeth or both with a fixed, permanent prosthesis anchored by dental implants. Unlike removable dentures, these restorations don't move, don't require adhesives, and stimulate the jawbone to prevent bone loss. They look, feel, and function like natural teeth.

What's Involved

Multiple implants are placed to support a full-arch bridge. The number of implants varies by case (typically 4–6 per arch). A custom prosthesis  matched to your facial profile is fabricated and permanently attached.

Number of Visits

Generally 6-8 visits across the treatment timeline. Includes consultation, implant placement, healing checkpoints, and final prosthesis delivery. Some cases qualify for same day provisionals.

Timeline

Full osseointegration (implant to bone fusion) takes 3–6 months. The full process, from first appointment to final restoration, spans approximately 4–8 months depending on bone quality and healing.

~90 MIN

Consultation & Planning

Full digital scan, CBCT X-ray, and treatment plan. Implant positions are mapped digitally before any surgery.

2-4 HRS

Implant Placement

Implants are placed under local anesthetic or sedation. A provisional restoration may be fitted the same day.

3-6 MONTHS

Healing Phase

Implants fuse with the jawbone over 3–6 months. You wear provisionals during this time. Periodic check ins scheduled.

2 HRS

Permanent Prosthesis

Custom fabricated full arch bridge is attached and adjusted to your bite. Final result is permanent and fixed.

SINGLE UNIT IMPLANT CROWNS

One Tooth

Done Right

A single implant crown replaces one missing tooth with a permanent, natural looking solution that functions like your original tooth. No neighboring teeth are ground down. No removable parts. The implant root preserves the surrounding bone and keeps the jaw healthy for the long term.

Your First Visit

Most patients are surprised by how straightforward the process is. Placement is done under local anesthetic and is very well tolerated. Total procedure time is about 60 minutes.

The Process

A titanium implant post is placed into the bone at the site of the missing tooth. Once healed and integrated, an abutment is attached, and a custom porcelain crown is permanently secured on top. The result is seamless and indistinguishable from the surrounding teeth.

Placement Visit

Full osseointegration (implant t bone fusion) takes 3–6 months. The full process, from first appointment to final restoration, spans approximately 4–6 months depending on bone quality and healing. They would last a lifetime with proper care and the best part adjacent teeth are ot affected.

IMPLANT DENTURES

Secure

Stable

Implant-supported dentures combine the coverage of a full denture with the stability of implants. Instead of resting loosely on the gums, the denture snaps or locks onto implant anchors — eliminating shifting, slipping, and the need for adhesives. Available in removable (snap-on) or fixed (non-removable) configurations.

Snap-On Dentures

Attach securely to 2–4 implants via Locator attachments. Far more stable than conventional dentures and much more affordable than a fully fixed arch. May be removed for cleaning at home.

Fixed Implant Dentures

Permanently anchored to 4–6 implants. Cannot be removed by the patient. Feels and functions closest to natural teeth. Requires professional removal for deep cleaning visits.

Fabrication & Fit

Custom crafted from impressions or digital scans. Shade and shaped matched to your anatomical features. Adjustments are made at delivery to ensure optimal bite, comfort, and aesthetics.

IMPLANT CLEANING & REPAIRS

Protect

Your Investment

Dental implants are built to last a lifetime but like natural teeth, they require consistent professional care. Routine implant maintenance prevents peri-implantitis (implant gum disease), extends the life of your restoration, and keeps everything functioning at its best. We also handle repairs and replacements for worn or damaged prosthetics.

Implant Cleaning

Implant cleaning requires specialized instruments that won't scratch the implant surface. We assess the health of the surrounding gum and bone, remove calculus and biofilm from around the implant collar, and polish the prosthetic components. Recommended every 3–6 months depending on your case.

  • Specialized titanium-safe instruments used
  • Gum and bone health assessed at each visit
  • X-rays taken annually to monitor bone levels
  • Appointment duration: 45–60 minutes

Repairs & Adjustments

Over time, prosthetic components can chip, crack, or loosen. Common repairs include replacing worn locator attachments on snap on dentures, re-cementing or re-torquing abutment screws, and repairing chipped porcelain on crowns or bridges. Many repairs are completed in a single visit.

  • Loose implant crowns re-secured same day
  • Denture attachments replaced as they wear
  • Cracked or chipped prosthetics repaired or relined
  • Most repairs: ~60 min, 1 visit

All-on-4 & All-on-X

Full Arch

Four Points

All on 4 is a specialized full arch technique that uses just four strategically angled implants to support a complete set of teeth often allowing patients to leave their first surgical appointment with a same day provisional smile. All on X extends this concept to 6 or more implants when additional support is needed, particularly in cases with reduced bone density.

Why All on 4

The rear implants are tilted at 30–45° to maximize contact with available bone, eliminating the need for bone grafting in most cases. This makes it an excellent solution for patients who have experienced bone loss and were previously told implants weren't possible.

  • Often no bone grafting required
  • Same-day provisional teeth in many cases
  • Fewer implants = reduced cost and healing time
  • Fixed, non-removable result

Your Treatment Path

Treatment begins with a detailed CBCT scan and digital planning session to confirm implant angles and positions. Surgery is performed under local anesthetic. Provisional teeth are typically placed the same day.

  • 3–5 visits total over 4–6 months
  • Surgical appointment: 3–5 hours
  • Healing phase: 3–5 months
  • Final prosthesis delivery: ~2 hours

SAME DAY EXTRACTION & IMPLANT

Extract and

Replace

When a tooth needs to be removed, we can often place the implant into the same socket immediately in the same appointment. This approach, called immediate implant placement, reduces overall treatment time, preserves the natural bone socket, and means one fewer surgical procedure for the patient.

How It Works

After the tooth is gently extracted, the socket is cleaned and assessed. If bone volume and quality are adequate, the implant is placed directly into the fresh socket and a provisional crown or healing cap is attached. Everything happens in one appointment under local anesthetic.

  • Single surgical procedure instead of two
  • Preserves the natural bone contour
  • Provisional tooth placed same day in most cases
  • Shorter overall treatment time

Am I a Candidate?

Not every extraction site is suitable for immediate placement. Adequate bone volume, absence of active infection, and healthy surrounding tissue are key factors. A CBCT scan and thorough exam are performed prior to confirm eligibility. We will always recommend the safest and most predictable approach for your specific case.

  • Suitable for most single-tooth extractions
  • Active infection may require delayed placement
  • Bone grafting sometimes added at same visit
  • Final crown placed after healing: 2–4 months
